Laser skin rejuvenation in Switzerland - For smoother, more radiant and toned skin
Fractional laser is an advanced medical technology for in-depth skin rejuvenation. Using a fractionated (non-continuous) beam, this treatment stimulates cell renewal, promotes collagen synthesis and corrects the visible signs of skin aging, such as wrinkles, pigment spots or acne scars.
Fractional laser principle (CO2 or Pearl)
Unlike earlier lasers, which acted on the entire skin surface, modern fractional lasers target precise micro-zones of the skin, leaving areas untouched for faster, safer healing.
Each laser impact :
- Gently exfoliates the epidermis, revealing more luminous skin,
- Deeply stimulates the dermis, activating the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid.
Result: firmer, smoother, revitalized skin with an overall rejuvenating effect.
Indications for laser treatment
- Wrinkles and fine lines (face, eyes, mouth),
- Mild to moderate skin slackening,
- Dilated pores, dull complexion, uneven skin texture,
- Age- and sun-related pigmentation spots,
- Acne scars, old or recent stretch marks,
- Improves skin texture on face, neck, décolleté or hands.
Session sequence
- Skin preparation: application of an anaesthetic cream 2 hours beforehand.
- Laser treatment: sensations of heat, tingling, depending on area and depth.
- Post-treatment care: application of an immediate healing cream, possible LED session to accelerate skin regeneration.
Expected results
Visible effects in two phases:
- Immediate effect: softer, more radiant skin, clearer complexion, tighter pores.
- Delayed effect: increased production of collagen with a tightening and anti-wrinkle effect that gradually takes hold over 4 to 6 weeks, with continuous improvement up to 6 months after the session.
Treatment schedule
- Skin rejuvenation: 1 to 2 sessions per year, spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart.
- Acne scars / stretch marks: several sessions spaced out, personalized treatment established in consultation.
From filling injections or botulinum toxin can be combined to optimize results (marked wrinkles, volume, sagging…).
Precautions & contraindications
Treatment is not recommended:
- In case of pregnancy or breast-feeding,
- On very dark skin (phototype VI) or recently tanned skin,
- In the presence of active melasma, eczema, herpes or psoriasis on the area to be treated,
- If you are undergoing photosensitizing treatment or have been on isotretinoin-based treatment (Roaccutane®) for less than a year.
Skin preparation with specific creams is mandatory 15 days beforehand, especially for medium to strong peels.
